NEUMANN U87 AI PROFESSIONAL STUDIO CONDENSER MIC WITH ORIGINAL CASE

Pricey but very NICE!

This U87 was delivered in great shape obviously having been taken care of. The sound is smooth, detailed and present going through an API A2D. An amazing go-to mic for acoustic guitar, vocals and piano, it is my new workhorse. They are expensive, especially new, but deals can be found. My U87 was made in 2002 and the quality is, I am told, comparable to the new iterations. Mic quality is very subjective, true, but I can hear why the U87 has been so ubiquitous is the recording world. Wonderful mic!

IK Multimedia iLoud Micro Monitors, Black - Compact High/Quality!

Accurate for mixing in a small untreated space.

The speakers are very accurate. My old mixes sound very good but the iLouds reveal some blemishes and that's great. I live in a condo so I have to mix quietly and even at about half their full volume they are detailed with low end punch and high end sparkle. I'm a new fan.

AER Compact 60/3 Acoustic Amplifier + AER carry case

Superb Acoustic Sound!

I play a Maton EM100 808 steel string and a Ramirez CWE2 nylon and they both sound amazing through the AER. Playing very soft the tone is rich and complex and it remains so even in an all out heavy strum. Not even a hint of clipping or breakup. All out of a 14lb package. I'm a fan.
