Big bad drive
1 of 1 found this helpful I was and am looking for the same brand drive but 10 tb. But they are very proud of that extra four tb, so I settled on that sweet 8 tb cause it’s two tb bigger than my six. Both seagate drives and running great. Doing what it does best. STORAGE. One caution I encountered was when I got it plugged in and installed it did not show up on my computer. I worked with it and tried other ports and finally I realized it was not showing up as my six tb drive does(seagate back hub) it was and is popping up as a standard lettered drive so I renamed it #2. I figured it was the hard drive wipe it must of had so it would be clean for sale. I love it it’s quiet as my older one and has more space when my six is full and it buys me time to get a ten or bigger when pricing is right. Ps two are better than one just in case one goes down for good.
