Fits
This fit my 1964 international 4 cylinder diesel 3414 tractor. Did not use the o-ring for the filter as I have a nylon one and reused that.

As you expect
Nicely made and this company is good also. Had to return because the bung broke off so I couldn't use them after all, and they had no problem with it.
