Although I attended art school and received an A.A.S. degree in Computer Information Systems in 2015, I am mainly a self-taught colored pencil artist and designer. Art and design are my passion. Mason Jar Lid and Pump
I purchased two of these, one for my bathroom, and one for my kitchen. I wanted them for hand soap dispensers. At first the dispensers/lids/pumps worked great and I really loved the color. However, after a few weeks the lids began to rust and the paint began to come off the lid due to the water from when washing hands. You would think the lid would be sealed with some sort of waterproof sealant but apparently not. So, I recommend if you purchase to make sure you apply some sort of sealant if you plan on using the dispenser lid/pump for hand soap.
