Everything I needed and at cheapest price
Pros: Cheap, and stopped my dryer from squealing. Everything needed included
Cons: Instruction not the best (Engrish-like?), I used Kenmore/Sears provided YouTube video instructions and they were much more helpful and descriptive

Oracal, nice color for small project
Cheaper than buying Cricut rolls, and better quality and better color selection. I prefer Oracal, and did not want to buy a huge roll from Sign Warehouse, so this fit the bill for a small project.

Good switch, older IOS
24 POE, Gbps ports, Layer 3 capabilities and all for $175 isn't a bad deal at all.
Switch version is 12.2 and no crypto (ssh, etc...) so those were downers. But not a deal breaker.
Also stacking port #2 on the back of the switch has a noticeable dent on the socket, and hope it doesn't interfere with stacking in the future. But I don't want to deal with return and replace, etc...
Overall, for the cash spent, I'm satisfied and got what I needed to support a small church and its WAPs and future IP Cameras.
