Such a well run company! Invoices…great prices…always free shipping….seller always answers my messages….items packed securely. I could ask for nothing more! The stone pendants are such high quality, and very well made. I am a jewelry designer and depend on great stores and sellers like this. Free shipping is a huge plus! A+++++!

The item quality keeps me coming back. With that said, Seller will remove won auctions if the auction goes for "too low" instead of setting reserves. Expect to have Auctions mysteriously be labeled "Paid" and then never shipped to you (despite later having a tracking # uploaded). If you reach out about it, their answers will be stock, vague, and frustrating.

Securely and expertly wrapped and protected for shipment. This is my first purchase but, I’ve already made more purchases from this seller. . Expressions: When you look at the listing photos & dimensions you try to envision the size & appearance of each of these. Well, having them in-hand you better appreciate exactly what they are, nature’s artwork in stone from. I’m slightly in awe of this. BEAUTIFUL!

Seller needs improvement on communication & eliminating $ added to “free-shipping”. I’ve purchased over 400 items-some orders arrive complete-others have missing items. No response-seller BLOCKS you! Negative is deserved~hoping seller takes this seriously & learns to communicate & be honest w/buyers. It’s not free for you to ship-start listing $fee, instead of “free” to entice buyers, you lose future purchases w/fees added to invoices.

It was a very small, padded envelope with more on the outside of it than on the inside of it. The package was empty. All is had was a label on the outside, indicating that there were the 19 items I had purchased within the package. Nothing inside this tiny envelope but sadness and disappointment. Of course, the seller continues to do business like this and no longer responds to communication about it.

I bought over a hundred pendants for my first order and wanted them shipped quickly I paid a very low shipping and wow they were here quick. Very impressed with the quality of the stones. They were sized and almost matched perfectly to the pictures. For the prices and Service, I was so impressed I have another couple hundred coming. Very happy with everything about the service and pendants. Prices A+++
