I also combine shipping. Either ask up front and I can put a listing together for you or purchase and I will refund the over payment. I calculate combined shipping based on the number of listings, final weight, and destination zip code as follow:
2 listings - add $1.00 to calculated shipping amount (ex: if total shipping calculates to $5.32, add $1.00 = $6.32 combined shipping)
3 listings - adds $1.41 to calculated shipping amount (ex: if total shipping calculates to $5.32, add $1.41 = $6.73 combined shipping)
4 listings - adds $1.80 to calculated shipping amount (ex: if total shipping calculates to $6.96, add $1.81 = $8.77 combined shipping)
5 listings - adds $2.00 to calculated shipping amount (ex: if total shipping calculates to $7.15, add $2.00 = $9.15 combined shipping)
