Used PS2 Busin 0: Wizardry Alternative Neo Japan Import

Great dungeon crawler
Wizardry Alternative has two games on PS2, but only one made it to the states, as Tale of the Forsaken Land. This second one builds on the settting in the first, taking place in the city of Duhan before the Flash. The character portrait designs have the same dark goodness as the first Wiz Alternative, and the game brings back the same sort of gameplay, as well: classic Wizardry dungeon crawling with team skills and a bunch of other nice tweaks.
As in the first one, a cast of original characters and a lot of story events spice things up. So far, I've met up with a wayward Knight, an old Mage trying to get back into the business, and a Priest struggling with the orders of her superiors in the temple. I haven't gotten too far, yet, but if the story in this one ends up as good as in the first, I'll be satisfied.
You'll probably want some skill in reading Japanese for this, but if you've got a decent reading level, it's not too bad.
Overall, very good, looking forward to spending more time on it.

A fun and funny dungeon crawler
If you like dungeon crawlers and know a little Japanese, this is a good buy. It's got a pretty funny atmosphere, decent graphics, and nice big mazes to wander around in. It's relatively fast-paced, and has automaps and several other features that are intended to keep things moving.

More fun with the characters you love
Did you like Suikoden 2? Did you play the first SuikoGaiden? Well, if so, check this out. The art is nice, the music is really good, and it's a way to spend some more time in the great world of Suikoden.
If you're not much for reading Japanese, an English translation patch is available online, and the work seems reasonably solid.
It's a pretty neat take on the visual novel genre--your choices help you build up a meter which open up new avenues in some situations. So far, I'm liking it.
