I love this scent and feel as though I got a great deal. It's very concentrated and it lasts all day. Nice unisex cologne.

Not a Fan
I purchased all of the UD Velvet liners because I am a HUGE UD fan. They need to go back to the drawing board and develop a better formula for this line. Every single color crumbled upon application. I own 98% of the 24/7 liners and have never had this issue with them. I use at least one of them daily, but would not recommend buying any of the Velvets.

Disappointed
I'm a huge Urban Decay fan and have many eyeshadow palettes with great color payoff. Sometimes no primer is needed, but I use one anyway. For the Full Spectrum palette, a primer is a MUST. The color selection is great and there are matte and shimmer finishes, but it takes a lot to build the color you see in the palette. They can also get 'muddy' when blending. I was experimenting with different ones and when I went to remove them, there was almost nothing left of what I applied. I don't expect that from a product that I paid that much for. I know UD can do better. I have proof, but I won't be recommending this.
