Cost effective to solution compared to alternative of buying whole new washing machine
Service provider could not find replacement unit from manufacturer due to age of washing machine and discontinued status of part. This remanufactured unit was of excellent functionality and quality that enabled us to extend the life of our unit for a fraction of the cost of buying a new machine. Highly recommend.
Would have liked an option to accelerate delivery at additional cost. Had to head to the laundromat to wash until part arrived about a week after ordering. Other that that, everything was good.
