Good little kit.

The drill smoothly went through all four holes needed, and stayed sharp ready to do more, the tap made perfect threads and is also still sharp. Screws all fit perfectly and take a lot of torque, The big screws will need to be cupped out to take the lock screws so take your time and do it right, use backing when driving in the placement pins and you'll be alright. Mark any welded in screw from the inside of the receiver with a center punch and use a drill press from the inside to keep everything square, Drill out one hole, tap it and screw the base down, THEN drill the other hole out using the base as a guide. It was easy.
