Not a magic wand
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been taking these for almost two months. They give you energy and help you boost your day; no doubt. However, they also constipate you and you have to be taking fiber with them otherwise your stomach will become unmanageable. I haven't lost as much weight as I have wanted and I feel that most of my loss is as a result of my change in diet and not necessarily this product. In fact, I have come to think that I could potentially be losing more weight by stop talking these and dieting, which is a theory that I am about to test. Though, I like the boost of energy I get.
