  Orders 21st Dec received Jan 11th. Says 48hour courier. Had to chase, seller stated once I chased that they broke up for Christmas 21st until 6th Jan, wasn't told this when buying, and no seller away notification. Offered refund but shelves were needed. Communication not great until I chased these, then very professional. Shelves I cannot fault, beautiful!

  Excellent quality, excellent finish really pleased with the shelf. We had a problem with failed delivery on the Friday (I only had the option to select Monday for redelivering which was too late for fitting purposes) and they sorted everything resulting in a Saturday delivery. I wouldn't have faulted them on the delivery as that wasn't their fault however, they should definitely pride themselves on their customer service going above and beyond. I'm so impressed.
