1 of 1 found this helpful It is very noisy as expressed by other reviewers on Amazon. BUT, it does have a tremendous amount of power. I purchased it based on Consumer Reports test results for machines that are very good for mixing and kneading bread dough. This machine definitely fits the bill! I have made several batches of bread dough without problem. I am willing to accommodate the noise factor for a few minutes to get the extra help from a machine that offers a 600 watt motor - and save a considerable amount of money by not buying other machines of equal or greater power that cost hundreds of dollars more!
