Note that this charger requires European electrical outlet.

It works well, as this is the charger only for electric toothbrush. Since it is advertised in U.S. eBay site, it should have prominently stated that it requires an adapter for U.S. electrical outlets, and in the title. It was stated in the fine print. I had an adapter, so problem solved for me. Others should beware. If you need a charger for travel to Europe, this is the one for you.
