You definitely KNEED It!
This product does exactly what is says it can do. It helps my knees in being able to run again. I had spent months trying to find a knee support that can support my knees in a way that enables me to run at my best pace.
There are other products on the market that are twice as expensive, half as effective and totally bogus.
