1,000 beeps per 3 actual detections
1 of 1 found this helpful What you pay for is what you get & I needed something quick & cheap for a long road trip. It picked up on average about 3 actual positive detections per 1,000 notifications. I think the “Train” feature malfunctions because it occasionally pops up at least once a day when I’m no where near trains. It’s a nice sounding & looking turd compared to my old passport escort 8500 that was highly accurate and lasted 10 years but I gave it 3 stars because it did actually detect something despite all the false warnings.

The description and video demonstration are dead-on. This is a great product.
