  I have to give kudos for fast communication-I reached out and stated that their description of the scooter was *new* but arrived with box opened and re-taped multiple times so I was afraid of getting a "return"..although after inspection, the scooter parts were not aligned according to the description, but seems it was a open box, but not used as a used return. I was able to correct it with no problem. I really like the scooter! The Seller offered a % off refund to keep it and I accepted.Thanks!

  These guys are really on top of their commitment to customer service. Talk about really instilling confidence and trust in a customer let me just say.
