    Item said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I reached out and seller was very responsive and helpful. Turned out the post office just made a mistake. It came the day after I messaged. But very comforting the concern and quick response from the sellers. Was shipped in a regular envelope. So not sure why it was $3.95
