    I am not able to contact the seller. The product was advertised as NEW but arrived broken. Four of the hinges, including one very crucial hinge for the main gate section, were snapped. See my image below. It was obvious that was not new, the box's sealing stickers had been reapplied at some point. The quality was in the gutter; we can't even use it without the main gate hinge.
