Miracle Pain Relief Product
This is an unparalleled natural health product. Years ago, I was suffering with a 1cm kidney stone that would not pass. I was scheduled for surgery and in pain in the days leading up to it. I took one of these and not only did the pain go away, the stone also disintegrated and passed.

New but not yet in playable condition
I received this new horn knowing that I would likely have to replace the manufacturer's mouthpiece at the cost of a few hundred dollars, but I expected it to be otherwise playable and it is not. I will need to get the keys adjusted for leaks at a pro music shop because it squeaks and the octave key looks misaligned.
A great value, of course, but be prepared to add a few hundred dollars in touch-ups to the price in order to bring it up to playable condition.
