The clock that failed to keep time.
Clock stopped after about 30 hours and battery was replaced. New battery inserted but only worked for two hours. Both batteries tested and found to be fully charged. The hands were checked in case they were getting crossed, but found to be OK. Manufacturer has agreed to replace.
