Easy to follow. DELICIOUS meals!

This is by FAR the best cookbook for diabetics I have found. The recipes are easy and SUPER delicious!!! I am giving this book to a number of family and friends, whether or not they are diabetic, since the food is as good (or better) than food from "regular" cookbooks. The recipes in this cookbook appear to be a healthier way of cooking, in my opinion. And who doesn't want to eat better nowadays?
