  I ordered 3 Honda filters with drain plug washers. I rec’d only 2 filters and no washers. I brought this to the seller’s attention. As it turns out, it was a USPS issue. USPS had crushed the original box and repackaged what was left and sent it along. The seller was anxious to make things right. I told them it wasn’t necessary (it was just one filter) BUT yesterday I rec’d three filters and three drain plug washers. Completely unnecessary but very, very kind of them.
