Pain relief
This combination was recommended to me by a nurse friend who has lots of joint pain from an athletic career. She said they really helped her, so I ordered some for myself, to combat arthritis and joint pain, inflammation. I have to say they are as effective or more so than my pharmaceutical pills and I have tried several kinds of medicine. I take one in the morning and if needed, one late afternoon. They are not that expensive that they are worth trying. Just don't put a broken capsule in your mouth!! The turmeric is really hot or spicy - it makes you choke.
