Very good but with a flaw for some people.
The features on this headset are all good, sound quality, microphone quality, battery life, ease of use. The only negative is the headset cushions are too slippery and on my short hair, this moves and slips very easily. My assumption is Poly did this for comfort, which it is very comfortable, to the detriment of stability.

Used this on my Panasonic video camera to hold a video light. Does what I expected it to do.
