Satisfying Poetic Justice
Connolly writes crime fiction with pathos and poetry, which is how I am able tolerate the brutal storylines. His characters are rich, multi-layered individuals, so that you find yourself utterly repulsed by them or hugely in love. Bird, Louis, and Angel would translate beautifully to the movie screen.

Where dark and light dance
Susan Saxman's story blew me away. I related to it on so many levels. Heart-wrenching, scary, esoteric, adventurous, and so much more. It's not often I say about a autobiography, I couldn't put it down.

Great writing, great read
While the genre is more love story than sci-fi, it's intelligent and compelling. Haig's writing style is exceptional and he'll have you laughing with some seriously funny content along the way.
