Transformative technology, I am going to buy more of these and convert my entire home network to SFP+

Pros: - works out opf the box with my workstation (HP z840) using Ubuntu, and with my NAS proxmox 6.2 - Cheap! and will replace few Eth nics - clean and like new Cons: - none Verdict: I only wished SFP+ switches were cheaper to convert my entire home to that! Other Notes: First I placed the card in a low powered slot in the motherboard on my NAS, it didn't show up, so I placed it in another slot, it showed up. I thought i will mention this so that ppl understand its power requirements could be more for the faster chip on it (why else the passive massive heat sink on it).

Fixed my front-chassis-fan not detected problem and faster graphics than old mobo

So, my z600 came with a working mobo. I was trying to put it on another case, succeeded but didn't like the acoustics and returned it back. During that process i connected the PSU while plugged, fried some chips, still working but doesn't detect fan and eth port kept dying after some time of operation. So, I decided to take the plunge and buy another one. Fixed it! and man graphics is faster and smoother than it used to be using the same card! Thanks a lot

Awesome seller and product

This thing runs doom on 3 1920x1200 screens silk smooth on ultra settings and everything maxed out. Better yet, super quiet! never heard any noise from it.
