Good value

I am a hobbyist so my judgment about the product is based on that. The product construction and packaging extremely good. The disc is better than the ones I bought from Harbor freight and equal or slightly better than the diablo brand I got from Home Depot.

Good quality product heats 3 car garage easy and fast

Quality steel construction no plastic (with the exception of the handle) comparing to their competition (main heater body secured to the tank with flimsy plastic housing), comes with extra filter, thermostat control works very well, quite comparing to the torpedo heater, comes with a stand, only drawback does make black smoke for few seconds at the startup cold start. Manual is not detailed enough to perform the recommended service such as replacing nozzle or cleaning. No info on their website either. Customer support was helpful sending a replacement part overnight but no info on adjustment available to minimize the smoking issue. Would highly recommend CPO to contact Mr heater to add maintenance instructions “how to” on their website like cleaning the nozzle etc.
