Don't expect gym quality equipment but for the price this is decent value for home use.
Expected the product to be slightly better but on second look, the good ones are very expensive. So for the price, this is actually quite a good value. Leg extension is not something I'd personally do on this but doing decline sit ups felt good which is why I bought this... to do core exercises.
It's relatively easy to setup although it took me a few more minutes in a couple of places but overall easy process. Text in instructions is small but the pictorial diagrams were good enough for me.
A good feature is that its foldable so when you're not using it, you can tug it somewhere in the corner of your small apartment. For me this was a selling point as I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. It won't tuck under your sofa though, unless empty space under your sofa is at least a foot high (14 inches to be precise).

Now this is a good quality plunger.
1 of 1 found this helpful Very good quality. The screw-on threads are particularly high quality, not something that would seem to come off with pressure. Never imagined I'd be leaving a review for a plunger but this item has quality written all over it.
