  This company is terrible. I messaged them and received no reply. They advertised a promotional expedited shipping if you spent over $50 in a single transaction. I ordered this on March 14th and not even a label has been made for it yet and it’s now been 2 weeks since the purchase date. Do not purchase from this company. If I could leave a zero star I would.

  We apologize that this happened; as you can see we have almost 800 positive reviews and we take pride in our customer service. In this instance, the order never came to us due to an error in our Shipping software. By the time we found the order, we had already had these reviews and the order was cancelled. We did call you and leave a voicemail to make this right, but have not yet heard back. Again, sorry this happened.
