Still not sure if this system was the right choice.
I purchased the uhf-5900 to replace my uhf-5800. I was surprised that the sound and shape of the 5900 is different from the 5800. I expected them to be the same type mics. I made the purchase to give me more flexibility with more channel options. I am still trying to decide if I like the sound of the 5900 as much as I did the 5800. One thing that I don't like is the fact that when the 5900 mic is turned off with the switch on the mic, it takes about 5 seconds for the mic to come back on when the switch is turned back to the on position. Over all I am satified, just surprised that these mics are different in sound from the 5800.

Like it buy.....
1 of 1 found this helpful This item is really great but I wish the inside diameter was a little larger. I had 6 wires to run through them and couldn't do it. I was able to eliminate one of the wires and could just get the 5 remaining wire through.
