Works with a little effort
I have an old (1999) EZGO cart with a rear seat and foot step. The structural pieces under the step are placed correctly for this hitch, but the molded plastic step overlaps them. So I wound up welding on additional structural pieces under the step to match up with this hitch. It could then be bolted on, and appears to be very sturdy. The tongue is also very robust, but the hole for the ball assembly is oversized for a 1 7/8" ball. I got some heavy duty washers to reduce that hole size down to fit. So the installation was not free of issues. But now that it is done, I am pleased with it. It is a robust hitch system, that should easily handle pulling my water trailer behind the golf cart. When the tongue is removed, the hitch is completely out of the way. It took a little effort to get there, but I like the finished result.

Outstanding deal
Look great. Fit just like originals. Easy to install. Price was outstanding. I hope to find more deals like this.
