Cane Creek Seal Kit, AD-5 Rear Shock

Ad12 kit?

It's a lot of money for what you get, but I knew that when I ordered it. I think my kit was for an AD12 and not an AD5 as that was what the included instructions said. But the main and secondary seals fit and that was what I cared about anyway. I just ended up with more o-rings than I think I needed.
