  Buyer beware. This seller sells items as new (open box) and ships damaged items instead. Not only did he take 2 weeks to ship and I had to follow up for him to ship it, but when shipped item was actually damaged, pump base was bent and rubber spacer was missing. Unfortunate that my contractor did not install it until a month later and when he took it out of the box (where from top it looked like new) he saw that the base was bent and the pump underneath all scratched. Seller won’t answer.

  Product WAS NEW in the box as selling photos show. FedEx damaged mounting bracket - which can be field fixed - pump performance unharmed. Buyer waited 2 months before contacting us about problems. Item was shipped with plywood for ruggedness. $100 shipping cost was free to buyer. Buyer should of inspected upon arrival.
