8 of 10 found this helpful It works very well. I havent found anything thus far that works as good.. I was born with spina bifida and had a hard time contracting my pelvic floor on my own. This definitely helped me.

Works . beware it makes things really hot down there
3 of 3 found this helpful It works well. It plumps up what has lost some elasticity. It does have a extremely hot sensation right after. So if your extra sensiti e to rhis kind of feeling. Beware. Otherwise i really liked it

Love it
