Just one star less than awesome...

Sturdy housing and simple controls. Audio quality is exceptional but that's surely why I bought them. Once primary complaint is that the power switch is located on the inside of the band, so it's difficult to access when wearing the headset. Also, not sure if it's a software thing or the phone, but when I turn on the headset, it doesn't automatically pair with the phone even though it's already been paired previously on my android. It should just link automatically. I'd like to be able to switch on the headset when the phone starts ringing and have it automatically connect to the phone so I can answer on the headset without a bunch of configuration. It's not doing that!

Wouldn't buy again.

Buttons are clunky and stick into your neck. Audio quality is bass-heavy and there's no option to adjust or change the EQ of the sound. Power button is on the inside of the headset and thus is squashed up against your neck making it difficult to turn on and off the headset while wearing. Bluetooth connection disconnects (for no reason) while still in the same "session" with the device you've been using it for hours. I've had the LG Tone Ultra in the past and never had these problems. Engineering didn't design this headset well. It is rigid and uncomfortable and the buttons are stiff and not intuitive. Then after just about 6 weeks of use now, the automatic recoil feature on the left earphone stopped working and locked up. I will need to return now!
