back cover of both remotes damaged

I received both remotes. However, The back cover of both remotes were broken/damaged. I had to put tape on both remotes to keep the cover stay in after replacing batteries.

I have one camlink 4k and it works great, so I bought another to use for the 2nd camera. Item arrived earlier than expected. I use obs to record Youtube videos and with the 2nd camera, it helps a lot so I don't have to do a lot of editing..
