5416 Intake review
2 of 2 found this helpful Installed the 5416 with a holley 600 carburetor, had to add a riser under carburetor for the throttle linkage to clear the top of the intake and the throttle cable sleeve that it comes with doesn't allow the cable to slide in and out easy where it bends and causes throttle to stick, tried to lube it up but still would stick,I got a universal throttle cable kit and installed that with the bracket that comes with the intake and it works perfect. Other than those 2 modifications the intake is of excellent quality and bolted on nicely, after installing this intake with the holley there is a very noticeable gain in power in all rpm ranges and I am very satisfied with it and would recommend anyone with a Chevy inline 6 to install one of these intakes.
