Replacement keypad works perfectly

In the San Francisco Bay area, these keypads with ribbon cable attached seem to last about 10 years when exposed to heat and rain (but only rarely to frost) next to the garage door. This is the third I have installed Until they stop working, they work flawlessly. The control box into which the ribbon cable plugs has worked for 24 years so far without fail.
