However, their feedback shows this has happened two other times. I asked for a refund and they said there was an issue with their card. I asked for an update 3 days later with no response. eBay stepped in and refunded me.

The reason for the refund was supposedly the item was either out of stock or broken. How does it take a week to "figure this out." Bad customer service
