Rubber knob missing but fully functional

The unit was missing a rubber knob on the upper start button and had clearly been used. However, the unit was fully functional and performed well. Setting up a live stream with YouTube Live required a lot of time to figure out streaming settings, network settings, logons and camera settings. And very little of the information out there is current because YouTube Live keeps improving (changing) their browser app. None of this is the unit's fault, it's just the state of live streaming today.
