Good resource and reference book

I found this book a great resource for understanding and helping a loved one with BPD. Originally I checked it out of the local library, but quickly found the information provided would be a good addition to my personal library and decided to order this book. Easy to read and understand. Author has a sister who most likely had BPD, so his passion to help people and family is from first hand concern and desire to truly help. Also interesting that a low dose of antipsychotic medication worked to help control emotions and impulsive behavior so that BPD persons could benefit from therapy to change their perceptions and responses for better quality of life.
