Personal Allergy Filter--a fine product.

This is very useful to me since I have allergy-based asthma, partly due to past flooding in my apartment. There's some mold in the carpet, which I've been cleaning over time. I wear this filter during the day, and a different kind at night. I have a narrow septum, so I have to fold up a surgical mask and wear that, too, to hold the filter in place. It works fine, though, and I've noticed a lot of improvement in my asthma since using it. I plan to purchase several more in the coming weeks. Thanks for a fine product.

Natural Solutions Himalayan Pink Salt Inhaler

This is a good, well-made product. It's quite easy to use, and I've only opened one packet of salt so far. I've noticed that its' action seems to be to loosen the phlegm in my throat and upper trachea. Then I can cough it up easily. I take about 6-10 inhales per hour, holding each for 3-4 seconds.It seems to significantly lessen the wheezing, too. I imagine that coarse Kosher salt would work just as well. Western medicine uses similar treatments, but does so by nebulizing a saline solution instead of using the raw salt. A good purchase
