I have been using this product since I was about 23 years old, it was referred to me by my dermatologist to help me with dry skin on my head, I still have dry skin on my head but not near as bad but the amazing thing is that I am 60 years old from a family on both mother & fathers side of baldness but I have a full head of hair. I use the shampoo & the leave in treatment. Infinium is the only thing that I have done differently than the rest of the men in my family. One more thing I have worn a hat most of the time since I was 16, I was always told when I was a kid that a hat would make me loose my hair well it hasn't. The product came in good wrapping & good condition. The product came within days of ordering. Over all I would say everything went well at a good price & I would purchase again from the supplier
