This Fox studio DVD is a bad transfer from the original Cinemascope film. Instead of using the inherent benefits of the DVD format and presenting the film in original dimensions or even a reduced 1920 x 1080 HD standard format. Fox chose to produce this DVD in a 4x3 “pan and scan” format which cuts off much of the original. This is what was done in the early days of VHS tapes to fit on old style 4x3 TV screens. Fox obviously just took an old version and slapped in on a DVD. Complete waste.

Doesn't Work As Stated

Poorly made, voltage output at each selected output level is much higher than stated (ie. 12V output is closer to 20V). Checked on two different meters.

Small, Fast and Easy to Connect

Kind of surprising how small this is. Connected easily to my Mac and then I formatted it APFS and set it up as my main drive for my documents and media. Works just like the internal SSD drive, but it’s much bigger. File transfers seem very fast.
