1 of 1 found this helpful This is the best I’ve tried, more concentrated per ounce. You’ll see larger containers that say they have higher mg but when you divide it by how many ounces per container, they’re usually pretty weak in actuality. As a screen printer, I always have a lot of stress on my hands, wrists, and upper back while working. Just a bit of this makes a huge difference, definitely a new must have at work for me. The container may seem small but it really does go a long way, especially since you don’t need as much as lower mg. Great for everything actually, absolutely recommend
