  1 of the camera lens had fallen off the case. This probably happened in transit. I messaged the seller with pictures and within 2 days the seller was happy to refund me. All round I am happy with the service I have received and the phone case is very good for the price but it was just a shame the lens cover fell off. I will be ordering a replacement phone case from this seller :)
