Eaten as a side dish and put with noodles for soup

I used this as a side dish but one thing I like to do is add this to my Shin Ramyun. If you have ever eaten Kimchi you know the flavors can vary due to the ingredients and person that makes it. This one was good and worked great with Noodles; as that is one of my favorite ways to mix up the fast dish of Ramyun. Spices up the soup.
