Portable quick kit

Great Neck makes a nice socket, cant be beat for the price. I used this set the day after it arrived for a family roadside repair in my light duty tool bag, these held up well and got the car back up and running. And I always enjoy the giraffe stamped on the socket too, that makes it cooler as well.

Great video and gaming display, don't sleep on Samsung

Great monitor even today. Tune the image to your preference, may take a few attempts. The 997DF can do 1600x1200 at 76Hz despite its age, and 1280x1024 at 88Hz if you want crazy fast motion and low latency. Lastly this model looks great at both resolutions listed above, good late model shadow mask. Great price to performance. Uses less power than the older models as well.

Robust and feature rich X299

One of the best Mobos for 10th gen X series. Great compatibility and 2 main NVME slots that you still get a ton of sata parts. The 3rd M.2 slot will block a few sata ports so I suggest getting 2 high capacity drives and take advantage of all the sata ports. OC is also very easy and stable for both memory and CPU. WIFI works great but the dual ethernet is amazing.
